• Offers to Purchase – Review and negotiate Offers to Purchase
• Purchase and Sale Contracts – Draft, review and negotiate Purchase and Sale Contracts.
• Free Purchase and Sale Review – Provide free Purchase and Sale contract review when our office represents the lender
• Concierge Closing Services – Review the HUD Settlement Statement with buyers, sellers and real estate agents prior to closing to resolve any issues and answer all questions avoiding any last minute surprises at the closing table.
